On-Demand Services

We offer an on-demand service for our clients who prefer to purchase service and support hours in advance at a bulk rate. These service hours can be used as you see fit during normal business hours. Here’s how the on-demand service works for you:

  • You are charged for on-site time only, not for normal travel time
  • Priority time is billed in 6-minute increments, at a 30-minute minimum
  • Phone and remote support is billed at a block rate, with a 15-minute minimum
  • You will receive an audited block statement detailing how your hours were utilized
  • As an ASA Priority Customer, you will receive assistance within 2 hours for a down server, and 4 hours for a down user
